This Triathlon Camp is a fusion of knowledge and experience, set in the triathlon training paradise of Andalusia. The camp is led by qualified coaches; Karen Parnell, Chili Tri and former professional IRONMAN athlete and Olympian Jess Petersson, Freebird.

This exclusive camp is limited to 6 athletes, fully coached in a luxury villa in the Costa del Sol, Spain. So if you are interested we recommend booking by August 1st to avoid disappointment.

Whether you want to get some late season running and biking done in a warmer climate, surrounded with like-minded individuals and coaches or have some late season races coming up and need to get ready for then this is the camp for you. You will spend time running on the trails, inland loops and beaches as well as technique and speed work sessions on the run with Olympian Jess Petersson.
For the biking we have smooth roads which are quiet and safe - its perfect timing for some long steady rides to build some endurance. We will also add in intervals for those that want to and vary the routes, so you get to see lots of the inland – that includes coastal rides and mountains! We have different paces and groups to ensure all levels are catered for.
For swimming we use the onsite Endless Pool for swim technique and skills sessions along with a local 25m indoor pool and the sea for endurance and race practice.
This 7-night camp is based from Chili Tri, Cómpeta on the Costa del Sol. You will be staying in one of two villas with modern rooms, en-suite bathrooms, kitchen facilities and a relaxing private pool. Chili Tri offers an on-site Endless outdoor pool, fully equipped gym, secure bike storage and massage therapies.
Bike: All athletes are assessed on Day 1 to establish riding strengths and skills and grouped accordingly. Rides are varied by terrain and distance, rolling flats and mountain rides from 50km to 120km. We operate a no-drop policy, so no athlete gets left behind. You can tackle the famous Puerto del Sol with 1085m climb and a total of 120km in one day!
Run: Brick runs, drills and technique work, and tempo runs are guided by our coaches. These sessions can be either road or off road and are suitable for all athletes. We also use Stryd run power metres to assess run power, efficiency, cadence and more.
Swim: The week includes a one to one swim video analysis with feedback so that you can work on your technique during the coached pool and open water swim sessions.
Strength and Core: Most days include an S&C or Core activation class or session and of course a good old stretch and foam roller.
Coaching: We provide a high coach to athlete training ratio with the opportunity for one to one sessions to work on your individual requirements.
