Jess Petersson is a performance coach and founder of Freebird. She has a background in competitive multisports and running, and has lived and raced all over the world. Today she is based in Andalucia and is honoured to be the official training partner for  Malaga marathon.

Jess knows the Malaga course well. The training plans are released in Spanish and English, other languages are available on request.

The plans are designed for the beginner to the  experienced - level runner who runs 4+ times a week.  The plan is provided presuming you are fit and healthy and ready to get started on your half marathon journey. The goal is to  prepare you and get you round the marathon course (suitable for people who have already done the training for a 10K, with fitness from training for half marathon, suitable for first time marathon runners).  The plan is presuming you are fit and healthy and ready to get started on your marathon journey.
